Skilled Nursing

At Homecare Rescue, our licensed registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) provide comprehensive medical care tailored to each patient’s condition, recovery goals, and personal preferences. These services include wound care and dressing changes, medication management and education, monitoring of vital signs and chronic conditions, post surgical recovery support, and patient/caregiver education.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy services are designed to help patients regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life—all from the comfort and safety of home. Whether recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or coping with age-related changes, our licensed physical therapists create personalized treatment plans that meet each patient’s unique needs and goals.
Occupational
Occupational therapy services involve helping patients regain the skills and confidence needed to perform everyday tasks safely and independently. Whether recovering from illness, injury, or managing a chronic condition, our licensed occupational therapists work closely with patients to improve their ability to engage in meaningful daily activities from dressing and bathing to cooking and mobility around the home.
Speech Therapy
Speech therapy services are designed to help patients overcome challenges related to speech, language, cognition, and swallowing—all within the comfort and familiarity of home. Whether recovering from a stroke, managing a neurological condition, or facing age-related changes, our licensed speech-language pathologists (SLPs) provide personalized care that supports both physical recovery and emotional well-being.

Medical social services play a vital role in home health care by addressing the emotional, social, and practical challenges that often accompany illness, recovery, or aging. At Homecare Rescue, our licensed medical social workers are here to support patients and families with the guidance, resources, and advocacy they need to navigate complex health situations with confidence and clarity.
Palliative Care
Palliative care is specialized medical support focused on improving quality of life for patients facing serious or chronic illnesses. At Homecare Rescue, our palliative care services are designed to provide relief from pain, symptoms, and emotional distress. At the same time, we honor each patient’s values, preferences, and goals.
